Practical information and Frequently Asked Questions

Here we have gathered important information for festivalgoers, including information about tickets, passes, transport and info desks.

Ticket information

The Festival Pass grants entry to the music festival on 4 and 5 September at Narva Museum and to the afterparties at Art Club Ro-Ro. Day tickets are only valid on the date marked on the ticket. All Festival Passes and Day Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the Station Narva info desk.

The music programme events at Narva Museum and Ro-Ro club have an age limit of 18+. Minors can only visit the music programme events accompanied by a responsible adult: parent, sibling or other authorised person of age. Children aged up to 12 can enter the festival for free, but only when accompanied by an authorised adult.

Festival passes and day tickets are sold at Piletilevi and the festival's web shop. Unless sold out, festival passes and day tickets are also available on location.

The opening concert is free for youth (up to and including age 26), as well as for PLUS Pass holders. Both free and paid tickets must be collected from the festival webshop or from Piletilevi.

Tours' and special events' tickets will become on sale at the festival's web shop. The Narva Museum guided tours will be on sale at Fienta. Tickets are limited!

PLUS Pass owners will be contacted directly regarding registrating for special events.

Tickets to the Ro-Ro afterparties without a festival wristband cost 15 euros and are on sale at the club.

BAZAR discussion and city stage concerts are free for everyone. Pre-registration is required to take part in Station Narva's Future Day events.
