NART House Tours

During Station Narva, the Narva Art Residency (NART) invites you on a journey through the history of the Kreenholm director's neo-Gothic villa.
The villa has had a rich life well beyond its directors. In the first half of 2026, the building underwent renovation, emerging refreshed and ready for the festival. Visitors now have the chance to step inside a house that has been closed to the public for months.
Along the way, we'll also talk about what NART is up to today. Where do the artists come from, and where does the work go? What exhibitions, experiments and performances have international artists produced at NART – and how does one navigate the triangle of art, war and social responsibility?
Saturday, 5 September at 3pm – tour in English.
Sunday, 6 September at 11am – tour in Estonian.
The house tour is free and open to all – no registration required. Each tour lasts approximately one hour.
