Sunset tour to Narva Venice
The Kulgu area by the Narva Reservoir is often called the “Venice of Narva”. It is far more than just a row of boathouses. On two evenings at sunset, a guided bus tour will take you to explore both the authentic local garage-summerhouse culture and the Narva Venice Embassy – an artistic summerhouse established by Narva Art Residency on the grounds of Kreenholm factory’s former pump station.
You’ll hear stories about the origins of the area, the lives of international artists who have stayed there, and their encounters with the local “Venetians.” If you're lucky, you might even get a taste of something stronger!
