Video installation “Sky over Narva”

Following the service and a performance of Cyrillus Kreek’s Requiem, you can lean back in your chair and watch a video installation projected onto the ceiling of St Alexander’s Church.
The video narrative consists of three five-minute chapters exploring the following themes: Narva’s history and churches; water (the Narva River as a border river and its waterfall, and baptismal water as a boundary between this world and the hereafter); and holy people and the example they set for us.
The video installation is dedicated to the former and present-day residents of Narva – people with whom we share the past, present and future.
